End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Elephant Journey ("Company", "We", or "Us") for the use of the Elephant Journey mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, including through a free or paid subscription, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

By accessing and using the Elephant Journey app, including subscribing to any of our plans, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download, install, subscribe, or use the App.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

This license is granted through a subscription model and does not constitute a sale of the App or any rights therein.

This license does not grant you any rights to modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You must not use the App to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

Your privacy is important to us. The App may collect certain information about your device and usage patterns to improve our services.

Location data may be collected to provide elephant tracking and safety alerts. This data is used solely for conservation and safety purposes.

Your email address or Elephant Journey account information may also be used to track your purchases across the billing services the App supports. This is essential for maintaining access to premium features you’ve subscribed to.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Elephant Journey and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the App without our express written permission.

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement by deleting the App from your device, cancelling all Elephant Journey subscriptions, and submitting an account deletion request.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
